Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Eva Fashion and Craft endeavors to serve the best experience to its customers. Please read the product description carefully before placing any order. Hence, we do not facilitate returns or exchange/replacement for products once delivered.

  2. We take utmost care in packing each order. In rare case due to human error if any item in your order is missing, different or damaged, we require a full parcel opening video (from the opening of outermost shipping label cover) with good lighting and quality to decide on this matter within 24 hours of delivery. Any video edited, paused or from the middle will not be considered for refund.

  4. Refund amount will get credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days with 2.5% will be reduced from the Amount Paid (Processing Fee Collected ).
